# Settings overview

> Account, security, organization, and administrator sections on the Settings page.

Open **Settings** from the sidebar or from the user menu in the top bar (**Settings**).

The page title is **Settings**. The subtitle reads **Manage your account settings and preferences**.

## Account and security

These cards are available to everyone who can sign in.

### Account Information

This card shows:

* **Email**
* **Display name** — your name as it appears to other workspace members. Click the name field to edit it, then save.
* **Role** (how the workspace classifies your access)
* **Last Sign In**

If you belong to more than one organization, you also see **Organization** and **Active organization**. Pick the organization that should drive maps, lists, and work orders. See [Organizations, roles, and switching workspace](/account/roles-and-organizations).

### Security

The **Security** card summarizes **Two-Factor Authentication** (active or not). Click **Manage Two-Factor Authentication** for the full MFA page. See [MFA](/account/mfa).

### Help

The sidebar **Help** link opens the in-app Help page where you can start the guided dashboard tour, toggle contextual tips, and access documentation. See [Help and feedback](/support/help).

## Workspace administration

  The settings below appear as **separate cards** on the Settings page only when your role includes **administrator** access. Each card shows an **Admin** badge in the app. If you do not see these cards, ask your workspace administrator.

### GIS Connections

When this card is visible, it shows how many connections are configured and a button such as **Open Connections** to manage map data sources and layers. Full guide: [GIS Connections](/settings/gis-connections).

### Priority Profiles

This area configures how your organization weighs hazards and related rules so lists and maps reflect your priorities. Full guide: [Priority Profiles](/settings/priority-profiles).

### Assignees

This area manages assignee contacts used when assigning work orders. Full guide: [Assignees](/settings/assignees).

### Workspace members

Invite users, change roles, and remove access for your organization. Full guide: [Workspace members](/settings/workspace-members).
