# Workspace members

> Invite users, change roles, and remove access for your organization.

<Warning>
  These tasks are for **workspace administrators**. If you cannot open
  **Workspace members**, ask another administrator.
</Warning>

The page title is **Workspace members**. The Settings card says you can **invite users, assign roles, and remove access** for your organization.

## View members

The table lists people, emails, and **roles**. Roles define what each person can open in the dashboard (see [Organizations, roles, and switching workspace](/account/roles-and-organizations)).

## Invite someone

1. Open the invite dialog (button text follows the live UI, often **Invite**).
2. Enter the person's **email address**. The form validates the address before you can continue.
3. Pick a **role** (such as admin, supervisor, standard, or observer, depending on what your workspace uses).
4. Send the invite.

The person receives an email with a link to **set password** and sign in. After signing in, they can set their own **display name** from the [Settings](/settings/overview) page. See [Workspace invitations](/account/invitations).

## Change a role

Use **edit** on a member row to pick a new role. The change applies the next time they use the dashboard.

## Remove access

Use **remove** or equivalent when someone should no longer sign in. Confirm prompts carefully.

## Licensed seats

Some workspaces show seat counts. If invites fail because seats are full, contact Arterial support or your account owner.

## Multiple organizations

Administrators who manage more than one org may see an organization picker on this page. Pick the correct org before inviting or editing members.
