Receiving an invite
A workspace administrator sends an invitation to your email. The message contains a link to join the organization’s dashboard.
Set your password
- Click the link in the invite email.
- Complete the set password screen (wording may say create or confirm password).
- Submit the form.
You are usually redirected to sign in or straight into the app, depending on the link.
First sign-in
Sign in with the email from the invite and the password you chose. Finish MFA enrollment if the app prompts you. See MFA.
After you sign in, open Settings to set your display name. This is the name other workspace members will see. See Settings overview.
Wrong email or expired link
- Ask the administrator to send a new invite to the correct address.
- If the link expired, request a fresh invitation.
What administrators do
Inviting people, picking roles, and removing access happen on the Workspace members page (workspace administrators only).
