The sidebar label is List. The page title is Hazard List.

Hazard scope and jurisdiction (some organizations)

If your organization type supports it, you may see Hazard scope with Owned by my org and All in our boundary, matching the Pin Map. When scope is All in our boundary, you may see a checkbox Show other jurisdictions in table. Turn it on to include view-only rows from other jurisdictions when your workspace allows it.

Refresh and filter

  • Refresh reloads the list from the server.
  • Filter opens the Filter Hazards dialog. There you can narrow by Hazard Type, Status, Priority Range, and Date Range (From and To). Click Apply Filters to close the dialog and update the table. Use Reset inside the dialog or Clear all filters under the summary line to widen the list again.
A badge on Filter shows how many filter categories are active. The list does not include a separate free-text search box. Use filters and column sort to narrow results. (The Work Orders page does include search.)

Sorting

Click a sortable column header (such as ID, Type, Severity, Status, or Last detected) to sort. Click again to reverse direction.

Opening a record

Click a row or the row’s action control to open the hazard drawer. The drawer has tabs:
  • Details
  • Images
  • Work Order
Close the drawer to return to the list.

Pagination

At the bottom, use the page controls and the page size control to move through long lists. The summary text shows which slice of the total you are viewing.

Selection and bulk actions

Select rows with the checkboxes. Open Actions, then Bulk Actions (N selected).
  • Export CSV: opens Export Selected Hazards. Confirm to download a .csv file with key columns (ID, type, priority, status, address, coordinates, dates, detection count).
  • Change Status: bulk update status for the selected rows when your permissions allow.
  • Create Group Work Order: opens Create Group Work Order. Only unfiled hazards of type pothole are eligible; the app will tell you if some rows were skipped.
  • Add to Existing Group: opens a flow to attach selected hazards to a group you pick.
If you lack permission for some hazards, bulk actions may skip them and show a short message.

Group work orders from the list

Create Group Work Order asks for a shared schedule and assignee, then lets you review repair details and comments per hazard. After success, you will see a confirmation toast. Edit Group Work Order (when editing an existing group) updates status, scheduled date, and assignee for the whole group. For viewing groups from the map, see Pin Map and Work Orders.

Print

The dashboard does not include a dedicated Print action for the hazard list. Use Export CSV if you need a file to share or print from a spreadsheet app.
