Start from the login page

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password?. That opens the forgot password page.
  2. Enter the email for your account.
  3. Submit the form.
You should see a confirmation that a message was sent, if the address is valid. For security, many products do not say whether an email exists in the system. Check your inbox for a message from your sign-in provider. Click the reset link. It should take you to the reset password page in the dashboard. Complete the new password fields and save. Then sign in with the new password.

If you do not get an email

  • Check spam or junk folders.
  • Wait a few minutes and try Forgot password? once more.
  • Confirm you used the same email your administrator invited.
  • Ask a workspace administrator or Arterial support if your mailbox blocks automated mail.

After you reset

Sign out of other browsers or devices if you no longer trust them. Turn on MFA if your organization recommends it.
