These tasks are for workspace administrators. If you do not see Assignee
Maintenance on Settings, ask your workspace administrator.
The page title is Assignee Maintenance. The Settings card explains that it manages assignee contacts used for work order assignments.
Why assignees matter
When you create or schedule work orders, you pick an assignee (or contractor) from a list. That list comes from the people and organizations you maintain here.
Add or edit assignees
Use the on-page Add and Edit controls (exact button names follow the live UI). Typical fields include the display name shown to dispatchers and crews.
Remove assignees
Remove or deactivate entries that should no longer appear on new work orders. Existing work orders may still show historical assignee names.
Usually a small number of administrators keep this list accurate. Field staff should not need to open this page during normal work.
